We have a client primarily engaged in production maintenance assistance, anti-corrosion insulation, equipment dry ice cleaning, and decoration projects. Their main business covers steel plants, steel pipe and section steel divisions, cold rolling mills and silicon steel departments.
The devices the client most frequently needs for daily operations are four-in-one gas detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. They are particularly concerned about waterproof performance. The client had previously purchased several four-in-one detectors, but most of them malfunctioned after a short period of use, significantly disrupting their work. The failures were largely due to motherboard corrosion, and the cost of after-sales repairs was high. Additionally, diagnostic reports were often required, which increased expenses and delayed project progress.
After understanding the client's actual working conditions, we recommended the MST410 model. Additionally, as the client operates in the steel industry, they need to monitor CO concentrations in real time. They immediately took a liking to the MST101 model, noting that it closely resembles the instruments previously provided by their employer. We informed the client that this model is indeed widely used in the steel industry. It is a maintenance-free single-gas detector, compact and portable, with a motherboard treated with a protective coating for excellent waterproof and anti-corrosion performance. Moreover, the device is equipped with an OLED color display, which the client greatly appreciated. In the end, the client decided to purchase several MST410 and MST101 units for testing. A month later, they expressed high satisfaction, replaced all their detectors with our products, and even invited us to their factory for a diagnostic assessment to explore the possibility of establishing a better system linkage mechanism for their monitoring system. As a result, we embarked on a deeper collaboration.
