How it works:
When the laser emitted by the telemeter leaks through the gas mass, methane gas absorbs the laser. The absorbed laser reflects through the object and returns to the telemeter. After data collection and processing, the concentration information of methane gas mass is obtained. The concentration unit is represented by methane column density (ppm·m):Methane concentration (ppm) x air mass thickness (m). ARD series laser methane telemeter adopts advanced TDLAS technology, using the diffuse reflection of the irradiated laser on the surface of the object and the absorption of methane gas to the specific wavelength of laser, can quickly realize the remote detection of methane gas, especially for a variety of personnel can not access the leak detection site.
